The competitive side
Boxing here is not only a workout. Members who want it are matched, cornered, and walked all the way to a sanctioned bout, with coaches who have worked professional corners.
Nobody is pushed toward the ring. The ones who want it get the same coaching, conditioning, and corner work that any serious amateur program provides, in a room that already knows what that road takes.
Ask a coach about the competitive team.
Three different reasons people walk through that door, and three different ways we train them. Pick the one that sounds like you and we will take it from there.
Train like a boxer without taking punches. Bags, mitts, footwork, strength and conditioning to build stamina, coordination and confidence. Beginner friendly, and nobody is going to ask you to fight.
Learn real boxing. Stance, footwork, defense, conditioning and bag work first, then a coach evaluation. For people working toward controlled sparring or amateur competition.
A private 5AM performance program for founders, executives and business owners. Body transformation, accountability, nutrition strategy and recovery support in a small group. Six founding seats.
Sparring is earned, not requested. Every athlete completes a coach evaluation and meets our safety requirements before being invited into contact training. Fundamentals come first, for everybody.
Everyone starts in the same place: one trial class, hands wrapped, no experience assumed. Where you go after that is up to you.
The program this gym was built for. Fundamentals, discipline, and mentorship from coaches who treat a kid's first jab like it matters. Scholarships available for families who need them.
Stance, footwork, combinations, defense, conditioning. Authentic boxing technique taught in order, with the sweat that comes with it.
The workout that changes your body without asking you to compete. Heavy bag, mitts, strength and conditioning, in a real boxing gym instead of a studio.
Sparring, matchmaking, and corner work for fighters who want the real thing. Coaches who have been in professional corners and know what the road actually takes.
Evening classes Monday through Friday at 7:00 PM, built so a beginner can walk into any of them. Doors open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday noon to 6pm.
Youth program times are set per group. Ask about the next Magic Mites intake.
Personal training runs 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily by appointment. See all programs.
No signup fee on the adult side. Pick the one that matches how often you plan to be here.
Every membership funds the mission. Nobody is turned away from the youth program for money alone.
Not a studio with bags in the corner. A ring, heavy bags, mirrors, Ali on the walls, and a pro shop on site so you can walk out with wraps the same night.
Everything else is in the Magic City Boxing club shop: gloves, wraps, bags and apparel, in club colours.

Most gyms show you the equipment. This is what the equipment is for: mitts on a Tuesday, hands wrapped before a bout, and somebody in the corner who has done it at the top level.

"If you are serious about boxing and want an immediate way to train like a fighter, walk through these doors."
